Q:  Can I put my sign outside?
A:  Placing a door-hanger between the main door and storm door would be best. Avoid direct contact with moisture. Colors may fade over time.

Q:  How come my sign didn't come with hanging hardware?
A:  For liability reasons, we do not include hardware but have heard customers have great success with 3M Command Strips or mounting tape.

Q:  If I want a sign pre-drilled with holes so I can hang it with my own ribbon, can you do that?
A:  Absolutely! Just leave a note on your order asking for mounting holes and the diameter you'd prefer and we'll get that on your proof to review.

Q:  If I live local to your studio, can I pick up my order?
A:  You sure can! The studio is located in Johnston County, NC. Just enter the discount code 'LocalPU' at checkout and shipping will be removed. Once your order is ready for pickup, we'll send you an email with pickup instructions.
